PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY:

  • At Permanent Makeup International, we provide quality professional services in a warm medical office setting. We strictly follow the Florida Health and OSHA regulations to avoid general infections or bloodborne pathogens cross contamination. We use disposable needles/cartridges that are manipulated in front of our clients and discarded in a biomedical waste regulated device.
  • Consultations may be done on the same day, prior to a procedure..
  • Complimentary (Free) Basic Consultation: The Procedure’s details and questions are addressed at this time, The client medical profile is evaluated to ensure they are a good candidate for Permanent Cosmetics. Time: 20 Minutes.
  • Extended Service Consultation: Includes the Basic Evaluation, we draw of the best shape that suits your facial morphology and select the pigments to be used based on your skin tones. Time: 45 minutes. Cost: $50. This fee will be deducted from the selected procedure total at the time of service.
  • For Procedure appointments: A deposit of 10% of the total value of the procedure(s) is requested to reserve the spot. This will be applied to the total cost at the time the procedure is performed. To change an appointment the client must give a 48 hour notice to avoid these fees to be charged . If there is a Cancellation these fees are not refundable. As a professional, I respect my client's time and expectations. We reserve 2-3 hour time slots just for the client's procedure, which will not be available for any other..
  • Prices for first time procedures ( never done before), include an Evaluation Consultation within 2 months of the procedure performed; where if needed any adjustments of pigment tone or shape are made to perfect and ensure a lasting, satisfactory result..
  • We use pigments and topical anesthetics from authorized providers. We expend in the highest quality products available to offer you a secure outcome and almost a painless experience.
  • We provide complementary after care products, instructions and healing schedule for our client's convenience and satisfaction..
  • Accepted methods of payment are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and debits cards.
  • Our client information is strictly confidential. We do not share information with a third party.
